Congratulations Chris of WA. Thrilled Lark gets to enjoy a riding career again with your granddaughter.
--
Lark is a proven show mare who has been ridden by adults and kids alike. She is an easy keeper with great feet. Build wise she is lighter for a connemara and likes to be on the move. She does not act her age and you would think she was 7-10 y/o. She has three wonderful smooth gaits known to be a staple of the breed. She has produced offspring that love attention, athletic for all disciplines, and any type handler. Wonderful off property and at new locations! Riding sound but is currently out of work unless you count getting on once or twice bareback to walk around.
Quirks: Doesn't like de-wormer. With the farrier she stands quiet as can be while held but in cross ties she moves around like she is restless. Not sure why but it's easy enough for us here to hold her. She does paw in the trailer if she feels you are taking too long.
