Double Dutchess JFL

From her previous owners: I’d be happy to talk to any potential buyers of her foals and extol her virtues! The photos are all from her 4 year old year - she was easily to handle, ridden in the ring and on trails, and x-country, handled and bathed, loaded and unloaded, all with a (supervised) 12 year old kid! She was used for pony club lessons, in Halloween games days, did horse agility, etc. Again, all mostly with a 12 year old. The best 4 year old I have ever, ever worked with, hands down!!! The two little dressage shows she entered she scored in the high 60's every time, with the judges unfailingly stopping me at the end to comment on how nice she is. I’m sure she will pass all of those characteristics on to her baby.

This young mare is a show stopper in movement and has an incredible jump. Dutchess got to stay at Ekberg Sporthorses in 2018 after breaking her elbow. Her amazing owners had surgery done on it at WSU and allowed us to do a breeding lease while she recoverd. Returning to work in the fall of 2019 it appears as she can only do light work and will be returning to Ekberg Sporthorses in 2020.
